食用方法:
凉面:用70℃温开水浸泡10-15分钟无硬芯为止,沥尽水,加入适量蔬菜、炸酱等调味品,即可食用。
热面:用70℃温开水浸泡10-15分钟无硬芯为止,沥尽水,加卤或浇入热汤(热汤可配有肉末、葱、姜、蒜或炸酱等调味 品)即可食用。
火锅面:加50℃温开水浸泡七成软,沥水,放入火锅煮三分钟即可食用。
炒面:加50℃温开水浸泡七成软,沥水,用肉末或鸡蛋翻炒,即成美味可口的风味炒面。
