  |A产品介绍Product Introduction

  01独立通道Independent channelERB系列热交换芯体为“逆流热交换芯体”,逆流热交换芯体空气相对流动,由于两股气流逆向进入通道,换热面积增加,其通道完全分开,换热效率更高。

  ERB series is counter flow heat exchange core. The air is forced to counter through the heat exchange core, two air channels . are separate and never come into direct contact. Two airs are entering to core by counter direction to increase the heat exchange area and heat exchange efficien- cy is more higher.

  02多种材质 Various material

  根据需要可选择不同材质材料,满足各种环境工况使用,例如光箔、亲水铝箔、环氧树脂铝.箔、不锈钢等材料。

  Different materials to be selected according to various environment and conditions, such as light aluminum foil, hydrophilic aluminum foil, epoxy resin aluminum foil, stainless steel etc.

  03多种气流 Various airflow direction多种气流方式选择,便于配套各种机型使用,特别是不允许回风的场合,例如机柜、充电桩、电源电气柜等等。

  Different air flow directions for option, espe- cially for occasions which are not allowed return air, such as cabinet, charging pile, power cabinet etc.

  04高气密性High air tightness

  所有连接处均采用密封胶密封,波纹咬边及流胶处理,保证热交换芯体的气密性。

  All connects are sealed with sealant, corrU- gated edge and flow glue treatment to ensure the air tightness.

  常用规格Regular size

  ?产 品选型时尽可能选在经济运行风速范围内(1m/s~2.5m/s),可获得良好的经济运行效果。

  The wind speed range should be 1m/s~2 .5m/s during heat exchange core selection to achieve good economic operation effect.

  ) 热交换芯体截面尺寸、叠加高度以及片间距可根据需求提供任意尺寸生产。

  Each core size request as below, any larger size can be produced by combination.
